In order to change the capacity of an event, you go to its ''existings events'' tab (see how here).
The procedure is as follows:
Select the event (or all events) you want to change its capacity and click on "add unnumbered seats" if you want to increase the capacity and on "delete unnumbered seats" if you want to reduce it.
On the pop up, enter the number of unnumbered seats you want to add or delete in the relative price zone (in case you have more than one price zones) and click on "save".
Attention: You enter the number of unnumbered seats you want to add or delete and not the final capacity you wish for the relative price zone.
Example of adding unnumbered seats
If Zone A has 100 seats and you want its total capacity to be increased to 120 seats, click on "add unnumbered seats". On the pop up, you enter 20 in the field ''No. of seats available'' for Zone A and then hit ''save''.
Example of deleting unnumbered seats
If Zone A has 150 seats and you want to reduce its total capacity to 120, click on "delete unnumbered seats". On the pop up, you enter 30 in the field ''No. of seats available'' for Zone A and then hit ''save''.
