We’d like to let you know about an important change coming from Tuesday, November 18, which will significantly improve the way you export your reports from Teller.
To make your experience more reliable and reduce unnecessary waiting times, all report exports will now be processed through a queue based on priority. This means your exports will run more smoothly, with fewer errors, and you won’t need to stay on Teller until the export is ready for download.
At the same time, with the new “Exports” tab, you’ll have a full history of all the reports you’ve downloaded, so you can easily find them again without needing to trigger a new export.
How to create an export request:
Go to “Reports” at the top of Teller.
Select “Other reports”.
Open the “New export request” tab and create the request as you normally do.
Your request will automatically enter the queue and will be executed based on priority.
When the export is ready, an on-screen indicator will guide you to download the report from the “Exports” page.
