You can use the Ticketing platform to issue your event's complimentary (free) tickets. Initially you must have already set a discount for complimentary tickets to your price list. See instructions here.
At the ''general'' tab of your event there is a field that specifies the price printed on free tickets. This option is preset at 0.10€. You can change this option (eg to 0.00) and press "save".
The steps for issuing complimentary tickets are as follows:
Go to the ''New order'' tab.
Select from the list on your left ("event filter") the event of your choice.
Choose from the seating plan as many seats as the complimentary tickets you wish to issue.
From the "selected seats" field to your right, you can change the ticket price by selecting the "Complimentary" value from the drop down menu.
Click on ''new customer''.
You will be taken to the order page, where you can enter the desired customer details. Click on "save" under "customer info".
Hit ''complete order of sale'' at the right bottom of your screen.
The process is complete.
If you have saved the beneficiary's name, last name and email, you can email the tickets by clicking on the "send e-mail" link under the "customer info" section.
Alternatively, you can select the tickets from the "tickets" table and by clicking "pdf", you can download them as a pdf file and then forward them to the beneficiary'.
