The ticket changes and cancellations policy appears on More.com, directly below the description on each production’s pre-sale page.

Updating this field is done through the Teller system and is particularly important, as it allows consumers to be immediately informed about the policy you wish to apply.
This helps reduce potential requests for changes or cancellations when these are not permitted, while also enabling the More.com Customer Service Department to handle customer requests more efficiently.
Editing the “Ticket Changes & Cancellations Policy” Field
The “Ticket Changes & Cancellations Policy” field is edited within the Teller platform.
Click on the “Management” tab.
From the left-hand menu, select “Events”.
From the list that appears, choose the event you want to edit.
Go to the event’s “General Information” tab.
The available options are:
“Cancellations allowed”
“Changes allowed (to another day, time, or seat)”
Both options are initially disabled.
If you wish to allow cancellations or changes, simply activate the corresponding toggle.
If you do not make any changes, the event page will display that changes/cancellations are not allowed.
Depending on your selection, the page will automatically show the appropriate policy message.

If you choose to allow cancellations, you can select one of the following options:
Offline: Cancellations are allowed but handled exclusively by you, after direct communication with the customer.
Flexible: Cancellations are allowed at any time before the event.

Strict: Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before the event.
Select the option you prefer and then click “Save.”
