To add a new event select the ''Administration'' tab, click on ''Productions'' at the left-hand side of the page and then click on ''Add''.

The compulsory information that needs to be filled in is:

  • Event Title (it will appear on the event' s url and on the tickets)

  • Category (choose from the dropdown menu)

  • Ticket type (under the section ''Tickets''): choose Single Voucher (''Taxed Vouchers'' apply only for Greece)

The remaining fields you see are optional and it is not necessary to fill them in. After filling in the required fields, click on "Save".

Additional information and parameters you can set:

  • Up to how many tickets can a customer can buy online: This setting does not affect box office sales made by the promoter’s users (via the ticketing platform).

  • Promoter’s cancellation policy: If you want to allow ticket exchange or refunds you need to click on the relevant box.

    These choices will show on the event page.

  • In the ''Price printed on free tickets'' field you can set the price that will be printed on complimentary tickets. It’s preset to 0.10. If you want to change it, simply click on the textbox and type in the price you want to set.

After you make a change on this page, click on ''Save''.
