Sponsor Visibility Guidelines on more.com

Updated over a week ago

To ensure a smooth and consistent user experience across more.com and to protect the neutrality and trust of our platform, we ask all event organizers and venue partners to follow these best practices when referencing event sponsors:

What’s Allowed

  1. Text Mentions Only (Optional): You may include a short sponsor mention in the event description (e.g. “In collaboration with X brand” or “Powered by Y”), as long as it's discreet and relevant.

  2. Subtle Logo Inclusion (Only on Visuals): Sponsor logos can appear within the official event artwork (e.g. thumbnail), but must be:

    a. Small in size
    b. Non-dominant in the visual hierarchy
    c. Positioned discreetly (e.g., bottom corner)

  3. Logos must always be embedded in the visual: Sponsor logos or banners should not be uploaded as separate files. They must be incorporated into the main event artwork.

What’s Not Allowed

  1. No Clickable Logos or External Links: We do not support linking out from more.com event pages to sponsor websites or third-party promo pages.

  2. No Dedicated Sponsor Images: Do not upload individual images, banners, or carousels promoting a sponsor directly. The platform is focused on the event, not brand advertising.

  3. No Redirection or Gateways: Event pages may not serve as a gateway to external partner or sponsor content. All information should relate directly to the event experience.

  4. No Overbranded Visuals: If a sponsor logo or name dominates the event artwork, we may request edits before approving the listing.

  5. No Logo inclusion on hero banner (816*465)

  6. No Separate Sponsor Uploads: All sponsor visibility must be embedded within the event artwork. We do not host separate sponsor logos, images, or banners on event pages.

Our Role

The more.com platform is designed to:

  • Serve as a neutral ticketing and discovery space

  • Prioritize the audience’s experience and trust

  • Ensure every event page stays clean, clear, and focused

We’re happy to collaborate with you to ensure sponsor visibility fits within these guidelines. Our creative and marketing teams are also here to help optimize visuals without overstepping platform rules. For any additional questions or clarifications, as well as for artwork review, you can contact us at marketing@more.com.
