Meta Pixel
The Meta Pixel tracks what visitors do on your event and order pages, so you can see conversion data directly in your Meta Ads Manager.
SETUP STEPS
1. Go to Teller → Management, select the event you want and then go to Settings.
2. Find the Meta Pixel option and click it to open the setup window.
3. In the Meta Pixel ID field, enter your Pixel number (e.g. 1234567890). You can find it in Meta Events Manager → Data Sources or check the image
4. Standard Events: PageView is already enabled and tracks every visit to the page. If you also want to track purchases, enable Purchase as well.
5. Custom Purchase Event Name (optional): If you want to give the purchase event your own name (e.g. MyEventPurchase), type it here. This is useful when you're running multiple campaigns and want to distinguish between conversions.
6. Click Save.
IF YOU USE A CUSTOM EVENT - NEXT STEPS IN META
A. Go to Meta Events Manager → Custom Conversions → Create Custom Conversion. Give it a name and select the custom event you defined.
B. In the Ads Manager dashboard, go to Columns → Customize Columns. Select Custom → Create Custom Metric, choose the Custom Conversions category and add the conversion you just created.
Tip: Use a Custom Event only if you're running multiple events at the same time and want to distinguish which event drove which purchase. Otherwise, the standard Purchase Event is enough.
Google Ads (Global site tag) pixel
The Google Ads tag fires automatically when the event page loads (provided you've added a Conversion Label) and on the order confirmation page.
SETUP STEPS
1. Go to Teller → Management → Settings for your event and select Google Ads Pixel.
2. In the Conversion ID field, enter your code (format: AW-123457890). You can find it in Google Ads → Tools → Conversions → select your conversion → Tag setup or check the image
3. In the Conversion Label field, enter the label (e.g. VazDCkODm8MBEnqRpMwc). You'll find it in the same place, right next to the Conversion ID.
4. Click Save. The tag will start firing immediately on every page load.
Tip: Without the Conversion Label, the tag only fires on the event page. With the Label, it also fires on the order confirmation page — meaning you capture completed purchases too. Always add it.
Google Analytics Pixel
The Google Analytics pixel lets you see traffic and purchase stats directly in your GA4 dashboard — useful for audience analysis and understanding user behaviour.
SETUP STEPS
1. Go to Teller → Management → Settings for your event and select Google Analytics Pixel.
2. In the Measurement ID field, enter your GA4 property ID (format: G-XXXXXXXXXX). You can find it in Google Analytics → Admin → Data Streams → select your stream or check the image
3. Standard Events: PageView is already active. If you also want to see purchases in GA4, enable Purchase as well.
4. Custom Purchase Event Name (optional): If you enter your own event name, it will appear exactly like that in GA4 → Events. Useful for distinguishing between multiple events.
5. Click Save.
Tip: If you use a Custom Event Name, go to GA4 → Configure → Events to confirm the event is being recorded correctly. You can also mark it as a conversion directly from there.
TikTok Pixel
The TikTok Pixel connects your TikTok Ads Manager campaigns to the sales happening on More.com — so you can measure conversions and optimize your ads.
SETUP STEPS
1. Go to Teller → Management → Settings for your event and select TikTok Pixel.
2. In the TikTok Pixel ID field, enter your pixel code (e.g. 123457890). You can find it in TikTok Ads Manager → Tools → Events Manager à Web Events or check the image
3. Standard Events: PageView is already active. Enable Purchase as well if you want to track purchases.
4. Click Save.
IMPORTANT — DEVELOPER MODE FOR THE PURCHASE EVENT
! When creating the pixel in TikTok Ads Manager, select Developer Mode to ensure the Purchase Event works correctly. Without this setting, purchases may not be recorded.
Tip: Where to find it: TikTok Ads Manager → Assets → Events → Create Pixel → select Manually Install Pixel Code → on the next step you'll be asked how to install it — that's where you select Developer Mode.
