The Teller Dashboard has been redesigned so that organizers can grasp their events' performance at a glance.
All data updates in real time, every metric carries a comparison indicator (percentage change versus the previous period, with a green arrow for growth and a red one for declines), and the design is mobile-friendly so you can track performance from your phone.
The dashboard is organized into four tabs — Sales (the default), Availability and Check-in. The selected tab appears underlined, and you switch by clicking the tab name at the top of the page.
Tab | What you'll find |
Sales | Totals, revenue / ticket sales chart, averages, and the upcoming events table — a general overview of sales and revenue performance |
Availability | Ticket availability by event date: capacity, reserved and available tickets, broken down by section and price zone |
Check-in | Live check-in status for event dates starting within the next 48 hours: connected devices, checked-in and pending tickets |
Filters
Up to four filters are available, depending on the tab: Dates, Productions, Event dates and Venues. Selections take effect only when you click Apply — the button stays inactive until you change something.
Dates: pick a start and end date from the calendar, or use the quick pills — Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 1 month. The default is 7 days.
Productions: multi-select at production level, with search and Select all. The input field shows how many are selected, e.g. Productions (5), or (All).
Event dates: multi-select at event-date level, showing only dates that match your selected productions.
Venues: multi-select, narrowed down by your production and event-date selections.
TIP : The filters cascade: choosing productions narrows the available event dates, which in turn narrow the venues — the number of remaining options is always indicated in each field.
Sales tab
The Sales tab keeps the familiar structure of the existing dashboard — Totals, the Revenue / Ticket sales chart, Averages and the Upcoming events table — with all components (except the upcoming events table) adjusting to your filter selections.
The chart adapts to what you have filtered: with multiple productions or event dates it remains a line chart with a color legend per production. When a single event date is selected, it becomes a bar chart of that date's sales over time — and you can break it down by one category at a time (Sections, Price zones, Discounts, or Sales channel), turning it into a stacked bar chart with a color legend. You can switch between Revenue and Ticket sales views, and hovering over any bar shows the exact figures plus the comparison indicator.
Availability tab
Here you'll find ticket availability by event date, listed in order of occurrence. Each event date is a collapsible card showing the production, date, venue, and a progress bar with issued tickets over the tickets made available to the market — the first card always opens automatically.
Opening a card reveals the venue Capacity, Reserved tickets (including invitations) and Available tickets, plus a detailed table by Sections or Price zones with columns for Capacity, Tickets sold, Invitations, Reservations and Available. Each section row expands to its prices, and each price zone row to its discounts.
Check-in tab
The Check-in tab covers event dates whose check-in starts within the next 48 hours, sorted by check-in start time. Before check-in begins, a card simply shows "Check-in has not started yet" with the starting time; once it begins, the card becomes expandable and shows a progress bar with the percentage of checked-in tickets over issued tickets.
Inside each card you'll find the Connected devices (linked to the venue or the organizer), Checked-in tickets and Tickets pending check-in, plus a breakdown table by Sections, Price zones or Discounts.
TIP : Check-in data refreshes every minute — the rest of the dashboard updates within 10 minutes, with a subtle indicator always showing the last update time.
Good to know
The Upcoming events table in the Sales tab is not affected by the filters — it always shows the same content.
Every tab has a friendly empty state when there is no data yet (e.g. "Track your sales here!" before ticket sales start).
Coming at a later stage: a customizable layout (drag, drop and resize widgets), alerts for critical events such as low sales or inventory nearing sellout, and Excel export of each graph's underlying data.
A Merchandise tab is not part of this phase — the relevant charts already exist in the Merchandise section of Teller.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see my event in the Check-in tab? Only event dates with a check-in start time within the next 48 hours appear there.
Can I apply more than one breakdown to the sales bar chart? No — one category at a time (Sections, Price zones, Discounts, or Sales channel).
How fresh is the data? Always within the last 10 minutes, and within the last minute for check-in. The last update time is always visible.
