How do I add my Company Logo?

Uploading, changing and removing the logo that appears on your events' documents

From the ''Company Profile'' page you can upload your organization's logo. Once saved, the logo is attached to specific documents issued for your events (see the “Where your logo appears” section below).

At this stage the feature is available for sports clubs on Tickets and Fan cards, and for all producers on Invoices:

  • Ticket — printed and digital event tickets (sports clubs only)

  • Fan card — membership / fan cards (sports clubs only)

  • Invoice — order invoices (all producers)

The feature will be rolled out gradually: first to the new Organizers page and, eventually, to all producers on the platform.

You stay in control at all times: you can upload, change or remove the logo whenever you like. If you haven't uploaded a logo, documents are simply issued without one.

Before you start — logo requirements

Prepare your file according to the requirements below. Files that don't meet them are rejected before upload:

  • File type: only PNG (other formats such as JPG, GIF or SVG are not accepted)

  • Maximum file size: 2MB

  • Recommended dimensions: 500x500px (square)

  • Transparency: supported — the transparent background is preserved

  • Non-square images: accepted, but they are automatically cropped to a square from the center (you will see a warning first)

TIP : For the best result on tickets and invoices, use a square 500x500px PNG with a transparent background. This way you avoid any automatic cropping or resizing.

Where to find the Company logo section

Sign in to Teller and go to ''User account'' → ''Company Profile''. The ''Company logo'' card is located right below the section with your company details and includes:

  • A preview area showing the current logo or, if there is none, a placeholder image

  • A hint: on desktop “Drag here or choose a file”, on mobile simply “Choose a file”

  • The ''Change'' and ''Remove'' buttons — shown only when a logo already exists

  • The name and size of the selected file, next to the actions

How to upload a logo for the first time

  1. Go to ''User account'' → ''Company Profile'' and locate the ''Company logo'' card.

  2. Drag the PNG file onto the preview area or click the area to open the file picker and choose your file. (On mobile, tap to choose a file; uploading a photo through the camera is not recommended.)

  3. The preview updates immediately — without a page refresh. If your image is not exactly 500x500, a warning and a dimensions badge appear (see the “Automatic crop & resize” section).

  4. Press ''Save''. The button activates as soon as there is a real change.

  5. On successful save you will see a confirmation message, the page refreshes and any warning disappears. Your logo is now active and will appear on new tickets, fan cards and invoices.

Nothing is stored until you press Save. Selecting a file only updates the preview. If you leave the page without saving, no change is made.

Automatic crop & resize — what the warnings mean

The system always stores the logo as a square PNG 500x500px. If your image has different dimensions, it is adjusted automatically when you save:

  • Center crop: if the image isn't square, the largest possible square is cut from its center.

  • Resize: the square result is scaled to 500x500px.

As soon as you select an image, a warning line and a dimensions badge (e.g. “1200 × 800”) appear below the preview, and its border turns orange — so you know in advance what will happen:

Your image

What happens on save

Warning

Exactly 500 × 500

Stored as is

None (no badge)

Square, but not 500 (e.g. 800 × 800)

Scaled to 500 × 500

“Resized”

Non-square, short side = 500 (e.g. 700 × 500)

Center-cropped to 500 × 500

“Cropped”

Non-square, short side ≠ 500 (e.g. 1200 × 800)

Center crop and then scaling to 500 × 500

“Cropped & resized”

The warning and the badge appear immediately after selecting the file — not after saving. After a successful save (or after removing the selection), both disappear and the border returns to normal.

TIP : If you don't like the preview after cropping, simply choose a different file — the previous selection is replaced. Ideally, prepare a square version of your logo in an image-editing program first.

How to change the existing logo

  1. Open ''Company Profile''. The current logo is shown in the preview.

  2. Press ''Change'' — the file picker opens. Alternatively, drag the new file directly onto the preview.

  3. Choose the new PNG file. The preview updates immediately and any crop/resize warning is shown.

  4. Press ''Save''.

After saving, the new logo replaces the old one everywhere it appears, including the documents issued from that moment on.

How to remove the logo

  1. Open ''Company Profile''.

  2. Press ''Remove''. The preview returns to the placeholder image.

  3. Press ''Save'' to confirm. From that point on, documents are issued without a logo.

Changed your mind before saving? If you had no saved logo, uploaded one and then removed it, everything returns to the initial state — the Save button deactivates, because there is nothing to save. The removal only takes effect once you press Save.

Where your logo appears

Once saved, the logo is embedded in specific templates. This means you need to select the corresponding template for each document type on the ''Παραστατικά'' tab of your event. It appears on:

Document

Template

Ticket

__default_sports_ticket_v3

Fan card

__default_sports_fancard

Invoice

__default_tpy

Documents issued before you upload or change the logo are not re-issued; the logo applies to documents issued from that moment on. The logo keeps its transparency, so it blends with each document's background.

Troubleshooting — error messages

If something goes wrong with the file, it is rejected and cleared, and one of the following messages appears. Nothing is uploaded until the problem is fixed:

Message

Cause

What to do

“The file is too large. Upload a smaller image.”

The file exceeds 2MB

Compress or export the PNG at a smaller size (500x500px is enough)

“Unsupported file type. Upload a PNG image.”

The file is not a PNG (e.g. JPG, GIF, SVG)

Convert your logo to PNG and try again

“The image could not be read. Try a different file.”

The file is corrupted or is not a real image

Re-export the logo from your image editor and upload the new file

A general error on Save

The upload failed on the server

Nothing was saved — check your connection and press Save again; if it persists, contact support
