In the latest version of the Scan More app (2.4.2), you’ll notice an important update in how ticket totals are displayed in the Live Status view. This improvement further enhances the protection of your event data.
What’s changing:
Checked-in tickets in the Scan More app will now be displayed as a percentage (%) of the total. This change helps safeguard sensitive information, such as total ticket sales, while still allowing your staff to monitor the progress of check-ins as usual.
If you wish to revert to a more detailed view (showing the number of validated tickets, selected tickets for scanning, etc.), you can adjust this setting through your Teller.
