There are two ways to verify your company details.
Case 1:
To start the document submission process, log in to Teller with your credentials, go to the top right corner, click on the profile icon, and select "Company Profile."
At the bottom of the page, a banner will appear. Click on the "Upload Documents" button to begin the process.
On the page that opens, you will need to provide the following information:
Company name and VAT number.
Then, select from your computer the documents that verify the information you entered.
By clicking the (i) icon, you can see which documents are required and how you can download them to your computer.
Required documents include:
Certificate of Current Status of Entity–Business Relationships
Log in to gov.gr.
Search for and select the service "Tax Registry Certificate."
Log in with the Taxisnet credentials of the legal entity/business.
From the menu, choose "Registry Certificate."
Select "Certificate of Current Status of Entity–Business."
Choose the fields you want included.
Click "Issue."
IBAN Account Certificate from Viva.com
Log in to Viva.com.
Select “Account” from the left-hand menu.
Choose “IBAN Details” (top right above the table).
Case 2:
If you contact us directly to update your company details via our Live Chat or by e-mail at tickets@more.com, we will send you an automatic e-mail with instructions regarding the required documents and a secure link for uploading them. The e-mail will look like this:
In either case, once you successfully upload the required documents, you will see the banner below. This indicates that you have completed the process correctly and also provides a link to re-upload them if needed.
Important:
You will receive the e-mail only from tickets@more.com. Make sure not to upload your documents anywhere else if the sender is not tickets@more.com.
